What is a Mandala ?

Mandala, derived from the Sanskrit, translates as “sacred circle, representing a gathering of all enlightened beings and virtues.Mandalas symbolize the axis of life and the cosmos itself – a mysticalsource of power that unites everything into a wondrous circle.
Through the practice of mandala drawing and meditation, we caneffectively release stress, fully settle into body and mind, receive thesupport of inner strength, and allow the tip of the pen to blossom into abeautiful flower of life – peaceful, joyful, and present.
